| Irwindale Speedway’s winningest driver Rip Michels of San Fernando started from the pole and never looked back winning the ACDelco Super Late Model 50-lap feature race Saturday night at Irwindale Speedway with a 3.387 second margin over rookie Derek Becker of Highland. The win was Michels 9th of the season and 53rd career victory at the Speedway. Dan Moore of Burbank finished third. Twenty cars competed in the race |

| Jeff Elder of Norwalk took the lead from Ken Michaelian of Lawndale on lap 22 and went on to win the BG Products Pure Stocks race Saturday night (August 11) at Irwindale Speedway. John Mattie made his first division start of the season and finished in second place. Harry Michaelian of Lawndale finished in third place. Ken Michaelian finished in 11th place. Division leader Ron Davis of Norwalk finished 14th. Sixteen cars competed in the 30-lap race. |

Atkinson finished in second place, 0.762 of a second behind Millie. Division leader Tim Skoglund of Fresno finished in third place. Fifteen cars competed in the 35-lap race. |
King Taco Super Trucks

| Matthew Hicks of Santee held off rookie Conner Cantrell of Valencia to win Saturday night’s (August 11) King Taco Super Trucks race at Irwindale Speedway. Cantrell made contact with Hicks in turn four of the last lap but Hicks kept control of his truck to win his fourth consecutive race of the season. Joe Herold of Poway finished third and division leader Pat Mintey Jr. of Quartz Hill finished in fifth place. Twenty-one trucks competed in the 40-lap race. |

| Bryan Harrell of Riverside won Saturday night’s (August 11) Vista Paint Super Stock race at Irwindale Speedway. Harrell’s victory was his fifth of the season but was challenged throughout the race by division leader Darren Cheek of San Bernardino who finished 0.169 of a second behind in second place. Greg Crutcher of Covina finished in third place in the 35-lap race. |
